✨ Meet The Team ✨
Meet the people behind Dance Supply Centre.
Corrin
Co-Founder & Creative Director
Hi, I’m Corrin — a passionate majorette trainer with over 18 years of experience in the dance and twirling world. Since 2008, I’ve dedicated my time to helping teams grow, perform with confidence, and create unforgettable memories both on and off the competition floor.
Throughout the years, I’ve experienced the real challenges that team leaders face — balancing fundraising, managing tight budgets, collecting payments from parents, chasing outstanding balances, and still trying to source high-quality costumes, accessories, and equipment at affordable prices. I understand first-hand the pressure that comes with running a team behind the scenes, while also wanting every performer to look and feel their absolute best.
After years of searching for reliable suppliers and struggling to find products that combined quality, affordability, and great service, I decided to create something that truly supported the dance community.
That’s how Dance Supply Centre was born.
At DSC, I oversee the full creative side of the business and work closely with teams across the UK to bring their ideas to life. Every design we create is completely bespoke to each individual team — there are no catalogues or copied concepts. Using a range of graphic design software and digital illustration tools, I create unique costume and teamwear drawings based on each customer’s vision, colours, themes, and performance style.
From traditional military jackets and majorette costumes to modern cheer uniforms and themed performance wear, I love transforming ideas into designs that make teams feel proud and confident when they step onto the arena floor.
A huge part of my day-to-day role also involves working directly with our overseas suppliers and manufacturers — discussing fabrics, colour matching, sizing, fit, embellishments, and garment construction to ensure every item meets the high standards we expect for our customers.
Alongside designing, I also manage customer consultations, sizing support, proof amendments, product sourcing, sample approvals, rhinestone layouts, social media content, competition preparation, and helping teams choose the right products and styles for their routines and budgets.
My mission has always been simple: to make quality teamwear more accessible while supporting teams of all sizes with friendly service, honest advice, and products built for performance, durability, and sparkle
Jonathan
Operations Director
Hi, I’m Jonathan — and although I never imagined I’d end up working in the dance and majorette industry full time, it’s become something I’m incredibly passionate about.
I’ve spent most of my working life in retail and customer-focused roles, with my most recent position being a Senior Executive within the vehicle rental industry. Throughout my career, I’ve always enjoyed organisation, problem solving, customer service, and finding ways to improve systems and processes.
Outside of work, I’ve always had a love for musical theatre, live performances, and entertainment — so although majorettes weren’t originally “my world”, I quickly found myself becoming part of the community through Corrin and attending competition days with her team.
At first, if I’m honest, I found those long competition days pretty tiring and boring because I didn’t really have a purpose there. But when Dance Supply Centre was born, everything changed.
What started as simply helping Corrin with monthly teamwear orders and checking submissions slowly turned into taking ownership of one piece of the puzzle at a time. As DSC continued to grow and more enquiries started flooding in, I naturally became more involved behind the scenes.
Fast forward 18 months later, and I made the decision to leave my full-time career and join DSC full time.
Today, I manage the entire technical and operational side of the business — from building and launching our website, digitising our ordering systems, and streamlining processes, to generating monthly teamwear orders, submitting costume production requests, and working directly with overseas suppliers to secure better pricing and improve quality for our customers.
I’m also heavily involved in the day-to-day hands-on side of DSC too — unpacking deliveries, quality checking products, labelling orders, organising dispatches, and making sure every single parcel that leaves us is something we’re proud to send out.
One of the things I love most about DSC is that no two days are ever the same. From helping teams bring their ideas to life to constantly improving the customer experience behind the scenes, it’s incredibly rewarding knowing we’re supporting so many performers, teams, and families across the UK.
What began as supporting Corrin’s passion has now become one of my own — and I’m proud to play a part in helping teams sparkle with confidence both on and off the arena floor ✨
