Returns & Refunds Policy
Most DSC products — including team costumes, leotards, and personalised garments — are made to order and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, unless:
The item delivered does not match the approved sample, or
A made-to-measure costume has not been produced to the exact measurements supplied.
If this applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We’ll review your case and resolve it quickly with a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
We strongly recommend ordering asample or sizing setbefore confirming your full team order.
If you decide not to use these, DSC cannot accept responsibility for sizing discrepancies.
In these cases,refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be offered.
We’re happy to accept returns for non-personalised items such as gifts, accessories, or stock products, provided that:
You notify us within 14 days of delivery,
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, and
You’ve received approval from our team before returning it.
Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
To request a return, email sales@dancesupplycentre.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
Your order number
Photos showing the issue
We’ll arrange a suitable solution — whether that’s a repair, replacement, or refund.
Please note that:
Damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or washing outside of our care guidelines is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Alterations made after delivery void eligibility for return or refund.
To protect your garments:
Hand wash only wherever possible.
If machine washing, use a cold 20°C setting.
Do not use bleach, fabric softener, or whitening agents.
Due to the variety of fabrics and dyes used, DSC cannot guarantee colours won’t fade or run.
Any damage caused by washing, drying, or ironing is not covered by this policy.
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.
If your cancellation is approved before production starts, an administration fee may apply to cover design or setup costs.
We’re unable to offer exchanges for custom-made or personalised items.
If you need a different size or style, a new order will need to be placed.
For stock items, exchanges may be possible once the original item has been returned and inspected.
If your parcel arrives damaged or looks tampered with, please contact us immediately atsales@dancesupplycentre.co.ukwith photos of the packaging and items.
We’ll raise a courier claim and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked service, as DSC cannot refund items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive confirmation by email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically take 7–10 working days to appear.
