💡 How It Works

1️⃣ Which Items Do I Get:

2️⃣ Customise Your Design

Send us your team name, logo, current teamwear or design inspiration.
We offer sublimation printing in a wide range of colours and rhinestone styles.

3️⃣ Approve Your Mock-Up

Before production, you’ll receive a digital design preview and design proof to approve or request any changes.
Once approved, your store will be published for orders and the order link will be shared with your team leader and on our socials.

4️⃣ Production & Delivery

Any orders placed within the current calendar month will be grouped together and sent to our factory on the 30th day of the month (or the closest working day).
Production will then begin on all items ordered during that period.

Our production and delivery timeframe is approximately 4–6 weeks from the last working day of the month.

🗓 Example:
If you place your order between 1st and 31st July, your items will go into production on 31st July and will be ready for dispatch around mid-September.

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped directly to the team leader or individual who placed the order, depending on your delivery choice.


📏 Sizing & Samples

We strongly recommend using our team sizing sets or trying other dancers items on for size before finalising your order.
If you prefer, you can also order a sample to check fit and quality before committing to a full team order.


💳 Payment & Deposits

Full payment is required before production begins via the teamstore link provided for your team. 

Payment must be made via Card.

(Please note: Adult sizes are subject to VAT.)


💸 Returns & Refunds

As all teamwear and custom items are made to order, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item is faulty or an error has been made by the Company.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.

We’ll review your case promptly and arrange a replacement or correction if appropriate.

To avoid issues, we always recommend ordering samples and using our sizing sets prior to confirming your team order.
